Why did West let that guy run right by him? That's the boneheaded move of the game.

Same blown coverage as in the TTech game last year...It was O'hanlon who blew that

Inexusable way to choke away the game.  The D kept us in it until they choked it away.  The O did not help much that's for sure.  Still, with the TD catch not called as it should have been, we should have won this game.  Lame performance in the end.

Not only did Nebraska 'finish it' but we 'messed with Texas' doing it.
The rest of the former conference can take their 11-1 votes and put them between their lips and the backside of Texas, space providing of course.

Unbelieveable.

Choke.

Choke this on the execution koolaid......

1st and goal on previous position and get 4 penalties in 5 plays. The choke was on. Don't deserve to win finishing a game like that.

I was at the Texas Tech overtime last year and that was the big wakeup call. This one better get them in hurry down the road and not look back. Ever.

I am at a loss to explain why West just stopped and let that receiver blow right by him. WTF was that about.

Prince also f ed that play up cuz he swatted at the ball instead of extending straight. He had an easy play on the ball but his poor technique failed him. This is the biggest choke I've seen in a long time.

BTW, generally kudos to our D, Helu, O-line for run game and Henery. I'm ready for the Cody Green era to begin next week. Lee is a huge choker.

You mean the O-line that vanished twice inside the VT 10 and moved us from 1st and goal to a punt and took 7 points off the board? That O-line?  Angry

Hehe well they weren't perfect. The play calling wasn't great, Lee and Holt sucked, etc, which added to redzone problems. My view was that neither holding call was in fact correct but I'm willing to be corrected by those who know more about what is and is not generally called.

Agreed. If that was correct execution to release short like that, that was a stupid play call. VT was in dire straits we sure as heck should have been more prevent than that in the coverage.

I'm really tired of getting kicked in the crotch... Why did they not play some prevent defense?

We were in cover 2. Wasn't West's responsibility. Squarely O'Hanlon
