I think the rule is now that you must hold the ball after ground contact if you have not made a football move prior. The call would have been correct by NFL rules and I think it's the same in college.

I've looked at the replay and if you catch it in a situation like that, you need to have possession of the ball throughout the entire catch. Bo, or the officials upstairs should've at least looked at it, but it wasn't a touchdown.

I understand everyone's discontent with Holts TD not being review, but you must control the ball to the ground even if you go out of bounds.  As much as I'd like to agree with you all, it was not a TD, he dropped the ball.
