Still....

Boy, we are sooooooooo creative at finding ways to let opponents beat us.

WASHINGTON BEAT USC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can we keep finding more creative ways at losing?

FML.  Need to drink.  Unbelievable.

That is just a prime example of not stepping on someone's throat by the offense when you have a chance to do always comes back to haunt you.  It should never have come down to that last score, although it was a hard pill to swallow.

We gotta score points.

We dominated the game, and somehow we are on the losing side............................... AGAIN.

Anyway, sorry for the negative feelings, but I'm so sick of finding creative ways NOT to win a game.

I hate to say it, but we deserve to be mocked.  We are supposed to be one of the greatest programs in college football.  For the last 8 years we have been a joke.

The simple truth of the matter is that it was the Nebraska offense that lost this game.  The Huskers kicked 5 FG's.  With the way this game turned out a TD on any one of those possessions results in a win.

Blame the defense all you want...the honest to God truth is that, offensively, Nebraska didn't get it done.

Exactly.  Big plays are going to happen and that one shouldn't made a difference in the outcome.

One of the greatest proegrams, yes.
Right now, not a great team, not a really good team but just a good team. Until they find a way to put things together, to not panic when the situation gets tight, then that is what this team will be. It just seems that when situations get tight, then right now, from the head coach on down, they seem to not have confidence to do what needs to be done. More then not, things seem to be a step behind....call it bad luck, whatever.
Guy takes the opening kickoff 5 yards deep and goes 75 yards because our players knock one another down then miss tackles. Blitz from the slot on 3rd and 20 and get beat. Get into the red zone and I will give credit to VT for stopping us some, but got conservative and settled for 3 points rather than going after 7. But, it is what it is. The hour is up and cannot bitch about the game that is over and have to look forward to playing Louisiana whoever they are.
