Will they play it live or just rebroadcast the game we already saw once this season?

Bad deal all around.  Alabama had their crack at LSU earlier this season and couldn't get the job done.  Oklahoma State, in my mind, was the logical choice.  Just as good of a resume as did Alabama.  Just an "SEC Love Fest."  This could be the first BCS National Championship game I pass on.

Yay!  /sarcasm.

I'm going to boycott the ESPN pundit created psuedo national title game.

This game is a farce, a disgrace and simultaneously demonstrates the idiocy of the BCS and corruption of ESPN.

Exactly the point I made in other threads.  Tongue  The BCS is a joke. Institute a playoff incorporated with the bowls and truly decide the National Champion.

and like I said in the other thread, it's not going to happen.  this game is not magically going to make them get rid of the bcs for a playoff.  too much money and politics at stake.  I wish it would, but we are stuck with the bcs for the foreseeable future.

I think the only way the BCS disappears is if people get so outraged/bored that they stop watching or caring. Despite the outrage you hear from time to time over the selection of one team over another, most college football fans will still tune in and watch the game. And as long as that's the case and the money keeps rolling in, there's just not the pressure necessary for substantive changes to be made.

this is fine with me, it will undermine the BCS and since we know that Mike Gundy is a man he can handle it.
