I was watching the replay of the VT-MU bowl game and I read on the scroll that Kansas football coach Charlie Weis has hired Dave Campo.  I thought, how come I didn't see this on bhf.com?  So posted a a thread about it.  Then I actually searched the College Football forum and found this thread.

I totally missed this the first time around!   Huh

Anyway...Charlie Weis?  Seriously?  Who in the hell made that decision?  Charlie Weis was a failure at Notre Dame, he failed in his one and only year at Florida and now he's getting a second shot as a head coach?

Holy chit...if Kansas truly wants to suck at football why don't they just hire me!  Hell I could coach these guys to five or six wins.
Ya, and I bet you would do the job for a lot less money... Cheesy

Charlie has dismissed a number of leaders from last year's team, and is bringing in Sam Keller.

Or a reasonable facsimile of Sam.

It should be interesting . . .

There is a cold logic in doing that, chief among is freeing up roster and scholarship space for "your recruits."
