Nicks has been named to his second Pro Bowl, and this time he's a starter to boot.  Of course, that is subject to change depending how the Saints fair in the playoffs.

Doesn't matter. He doesn't claim NU. He is one of those who names his high school when introduced, not his college. Not saying it isnt good for him or NU but he isn't out there doing Nebraska any favors.

Didn't he apologize to Bo for acting like an idiot prior to Nebraska's pro day?

Yep watching the Pro Bowl and he introduces himself with the high school crap. Yeah he is in the NFL because of his high school. Do not wish him well at all.

WOW really guys??? so what if he says his high school? how does it hurt you individually? how does it hurt the University? its doesnt. The dude is proud of where he came from, so what is the issue with that? Cant believe that some people would rip on him for saying his high school. Being a Callahan guy has nothing to do with it, Does that make guys like Carriker, Ross, Suh, B. Jax. Z. Taylor etc any less of a husker?

I'm still rooting for Nicks, regardless of if he uses his HS in his intro or not.

Actually, refusing to say Nebraska makes him less of a Husker, unlike the others you mentioned.

Refusing? Have you heard an interview of his that states such? What if he is just proud of his HS? What if his menot is his HS coach and he is doing it for him? Who knows all I am saying is we don't know so cool it on the assumptions. There are plenty of players who say there HS or JC and not the college they play at. How does it make him less of a husker? Can't we give him the benefit of doubt or do we have to rip the guy?

Not ripping the guy but he didn't get into the NFL from playing in high school.
