Actually if that did happen I don't think I'd mind--at least in theory.  Craig Bohl has proven to be a far better head coach than he ever was a coordinator.

He's done a heck of a job up there, no doubt about it.  The man has shown he knows how to run a program.

Some good coordinators never become good head coaches.

Some not so good coordinators become very good head coaches.

Two different responsibilities...two different mentalities!
...and some are just meant to be position coaches.  B Callahan is one heck of an O-line coach by all accounts, but should have never been given the opportunity to coach a major D1 program.
