A: The student section since they starting shouting "home of the Huskers" at the end of the National Anthem.
First, it is not original.
Second, we need to honor our country, our flag and our veterans. That display is disrespectful.
Just my opinion.

What of the Rebellion? If the Rebels have obtained a complete technical readout of this station, it is possible, however unlikely, they might find a weakness and exploit it.

I must not hear it as much as you. I'm in the East Stadium student section and I hear more CHIEFS than I do Huskers.

Not to skew the intent of this thread, but Pelini's sideline antics don't really bother me. He is a boiling cauldron of emotion and sometimes it gets the better of him. He reminds me alot of Bobby Knight. He is a perfectionist that expects alot of his STUDENT-athletes. If that raw emotion translates to success the same way it did for BK, I'm perfectly fine with his sideline rants.

I agree. Wait until the title game tomorrow. If the camera is on Saban in a particularly difficult time for Bama, his actions will make BO look like a choir boy on the sidelines.

Ever since the A&M game last year, when such a big deal was made concerning Pelini, I've specifically watched coaches and their "blowups." It's amazing how quickly the camera goes away from the action for many coaches. (Gary Patterson, Chip Kelly, Nick Saban, etc) There are many coaches that do the same thing as Bo, but for whatever reason, the cameras stay on Bo.

I hope you're kidding. If not then you'll want to watch the game tonight and check out Saban. Provided the cameras stay on him long enough to see his blowup if he feels 'Bama is getting the shaft.

Actually very well since his team was winning. Just like BO would've done when Nebraska wins.

Miles sure had reason to come unglued, but not on the refs, on his Offense..........
Instead he had a deer in headlights look..........

Bo's problem isn't how he's going off most coaches do. But How often he is going off in that fashion. You watch the great coaches and they also go off but pick their times of when to do it. I don't think Bo has figured that out yet.

I think about TO's response a number of years ago when asked the question about whether or not to give a "vein popping" rant at halftime. He said, paraphrasing, you need to limit them and time them in such a way so that when you do use that tactic, it becomes effective. Too seldom and it catches everyone by surprise and makes them mad at the person delivering the message instead of relating to what needs to be done. Too often and it becomes expected and it just sounds like noise.
I think Bo's handling of the refs has evolved and his timing, degree, and volume of rants have improved. Media relations could still use an improvement imo, and player motivation needs an overhaul. Imo Bo's behavior with and towards the players is setting the team to not handle adversity very well. His behavior revs their motors, but fails to direct the added horsepower.
.....and yes, there is a time to cheer and and it's best to wait until after the Anthem....or at least the very very end.

The whole team had that look. It's that same look a student gets when they failed to study for an exam and the professor lays it on their desk in front of them. Classic!

And cheer as the winners go by
Day by day, we get better and better.
