Our coach got mad and yelled?
OH THE HUMANITY!!!
This neutered Bo is a pale , b.s. replica of the real one. Sew 'em back on and let him coach the way he coaches. College football isn't a knitting bee or a church social.

It would be LOL worthy if Bo is sewing a freaking quilt.

I just don't understand for one second this namby-pamby griping about him blowing up on the sidelines. This fake moral outrage over him berating officials is just unbelievable to me. Maybe people prefer having a douchebag like Callahan standing there popping his jaw over and over will his team gets repeatedly screwed over, I don't know how else to take it.
Bo is not Tom Osborne and never will be. Even Tom got red-faced and vein-popping at times, especially in his younger days. He may not have used the same colorful language (dagnabbit and dadgum), but we had a fiery coach in Bo and his players responded to that fire for the previous 3 seasons. When he is forced to censor himself and constantly bite his tongue, it shows, and I think its been detrimental to the team's performance. I'd rather have a coach demonstrate that he has his players' backs at all times and won't take any corruption or incompetence from the officials. To call his behavior "embarassing" is a freaking joke. It's like people have never watched any sporting events in their life.

I don't see it as so much of a moral issue, but more matter of fact that his blow-ups aren't accomplishing anything with the referees. If nothing, it's setting us back. His berating of them just results in even worse, more negatively biased officiating against us. Then, couple that fact with the fact that every time he has a melt-down, the team usually follows suit with a meltdown of their own.
Just my 2 cents - and believe me, I'm not all that passionate about it either - if he doesn't change, no biggie with me - it's who he is.

FLAS...what I think you are saying is BO is a FOOTBALL COACH!

I do think some people overreact about the outbursts. After all it is our modern day "Gladiator" sport. It's a violent sport played by great athletes. I like a coach with some fire and that can motivate. But to say anyone who doesn't approve is just "namby-pamby" griping is a little much. By your definition his wife is a joke because she
WAS
embarrassed at one of his outrages, by Bo's own admission. And for the record, Billy C didn't just stand there, he broke out the "throat slash"
