I thought the officiating was alright. A few bad calls but they were distributed evenly and thats about all you can hope for. Its really hard to get to the line against a team like Wisconsin.

Man we can't even beat a poor shooting slumping Wisconsin team.   Sad

And had a chance to win since the Kohl Center wasn't really that raucous since everyone was watching the Packers game.

Same old story.   Angry

It seems we get soooo close to the peak, and then we tumble back down the hill.  We just can't get over the darn hump.  If we could just get one guy who could make a clutch shot it would put this team on the next level.  I guess that's where recruiting comes in....

The most frustrating thing is you really only need one NBA bench player to win games like these.  If you had a point like Jeter, and NBA bench player at shooting guard, and a Maric-type post, you are a team who could easily win an NCAA tourney game, maybe even 2.  Heck, I even think you could get by with Diaz/Ubel/Andre healthy, Jeter, and an NBA bench player.

It's year 6 and we don't have anything close to an NBA roster type player.  Bo is a really good player at times, but his checks will come from overseas.
