As you probably know, first pitch of 2012 is Feb. 17th at 8 p.m. central in Peoria, AZ versus Gonzaga.  !Q!!!! indeed.

This year really will be interesting.  I hope they win the Big Ten...  a trip back to the regionals would be a nice start to Erstad's career.

I hope Erstad will bring them back to being in regionals then Super regionals and even on occasion a CWS appearance.   Cheesy

Mark my words.  We will be what OSU was in the old Big 8.  We will return to prominence in short order....or at least we will own the Big 10 in baseball (the one sport where the league is subpar).  I cannot wait for the Erstad years to begin!

Yeah, if we can't dominate the Big Ten, this program will never make it back to where it was in the early-mid 2000s.

It's game week, punks.  I will not be able to consume booze during games for a while, so that'll be weird.  Still waiting on the conference to give us an idea about TV and internet video of live games.  Keep an eye on huskers.com for a weekend rotation.
