I don't see anything happening with those complaints though. There's no rule against contacting recruits that have indicated they plan to go elsewhere.

There is likely to be a Conference rule about sniping players, as well as some questionable "dead period" activities on the part of Ohio State, using former players as contacts, (the same shenanigans Stanford used on Peat).

If Urban Meyer contacted any of those recruits in the dead period there certainly is a rule against it.

And given when Meyer took over as head coach of Ohio State the probability that he didn't violate the dead rule period is almost unlikely.  In fact, given how his first class turned out, I'd say it's very likely he not only violated the "dead period" but also numerous other recruiting rules.
