Jeebus, this coverage is terrible. Somebody ease Summerall into retirement.

Missouri is putting a licking to Ar-kansas in the 4th quarter. Meh. I guess this is good for the Big XII in general.

I think it is good for Mizzou. For all the criticism of Pinkel on this board, he has done more for Mizzou than anyone in over 30 years.

All the bowl coverage I've watched has been pretty god aweful.
Plays that would have been replayed during the regular season (in slow motion on TV) have been replaced by announcers describing it (if you are lucky enough to have announcers not just rambling about what they ate yesterday instead of the game) while we get crowd shots of the band/cheerleaders/mascots/flag team.
Whoever the genius producers are that came up with the "shoot the crowd, screw the game" and "fill the game hours with what you ate recently rather then analyze the game" ideas should find themselves a reality show to produce (or something equally as worthless), somewhere where they can hide the fact that they have no idea what they are doing.

Good for MizzLoser... very bad for NU. Look for it to become extremely difficult to get talent out of Missouri. This is really a sad day...
