Any movie that's based upon taking clips of people's speeches and stringing them together to "prove" a point, isn't interesting from a historical/learning perspective.

Very 'meh'.  Unless there is substantial proof, this will likely stay on the same level of "documentary" that Moore puts out...which is to say, more 'tabloid' that 'truthful'.
