just for the heck of it, why don't we just pick 4 more huskers to write in on their heisman vote? you know, just so we can have the top 5. would they disqualify them? who knows. they should already know who's going to win any college football poll. here are my picks for the next 4:
roy helu
marcel jones (great fro)
wes cammack
chris brooks

I say go with Baker Steinkuhler.  He makes everything possible for this team and is easily it's most valuable player.  Opponents know that they don't want to face him and the only way to keep him off the field is is Crick and Suh are making plays.  So, they intentionally run into those two, forget to block them, and throw passes right at 'em.  Yes it still hurts, but it's nothing compaired to what young Baker would do if unleashed.

The espn site has a disclaimer that if they don't deem someone as having a realistic chance of winning the award they won't include them...  I'm assuming that's what you are talking about.

But seeing that at least 1 ESPN announcer (Craig James) is already pushing SUH for the Heisman and will try to convince his fellow commentator to do so as well I don't think they'll remove SUH's name anytime soon.   Smiley

In my opinion, doing that would taint Suh's place in the poll.  Suh has a legitimate claim at this point.  You can't honestly say that anyone else on the team does.

Yeah, I was just pointing out that writing in other huskers names who aren't really in the running wouldn't do anything because they wouldn't get included anyways.
