I'm on Dish so I probably won't add it until football season comes along (want to get a good look at our new league members this season and not just the biggest games that end up on ABC).  I don't even know, what do they show in in the summer?

Ch 439 when you sub to the multi-sports pack.  It's not available as part of the BT 'footprint' yet in Lincoln, probably won't be until 2011.  You get a number of other sports channels too with the multisport pack, but I only sub it during the fall.

It covers all the sports and its across several channels.  I liked it before dish took it away from the sports package.  Didn't have a reason to re-order it.  But its pretty well done for an intra-conference network.

I get it here in the Tampa area....it is in the expanded sports package with BrightHouse Cable....channel 809 for the regular BTN and channel 810 for BTN on-demand.  The on-demand channel lets you select specific programs that have aired in the past.  Definitely not everything, but for example if you want to watch Michigan versus OSU from 1969 you can just dial it up anytime, and for each school they also have a selection of some recent and past programs that focus just on that school....both athletically and academically.

I am really looking forward to NU being part of the network.

Bingo Val!  If it save $30 per game from ordering PPV I am all for having it.   Smiley

I just emailed the cable provider here in Muskogee, Ok telling them they have 1 year to pick up the Big 10 network or I'm gone.  Hope I don't have to switch but don't have a choice.  I hope they get enough calls and emails to pick it up.

I live in Michigan so the BigTen Network is already part of my cable package.  No surprise there.  I pretty much ignored it unitl recently.  Actually watching footbabll game rebroadcasts from last season to get  a little football fix during the summer.  They have a nice 30 second spot welcoming Nebraska to the big ten they play every hour or so which is nice.
