Excuse me if I posted this in the wrong forum, but I wasn't sure what to do.

File this under the 'Thank God I'm over 21 so I don't have to worry about this anymore' catagory. I know exactly zero people that didn't have a drink or two before 21. His bad luck got him caught. Tough break, no big deal though.

Really bad luck when you are a star recruit worth a 7.5 mill signing bonus. Not like having your adolescent stupidity broadcast internationally.

This is probably the worst thing they will have to deal with regarding Bubba. They aren't that concerned.

He and two other prospects cited during the stop did not test over the legal limit for driving.
So he was drinking....but not drunk. Probably had a beer or two at the ASU/U$C football game. Big deal.

According to research cited in "The Sociopath Next Door," one in every 25 people is a sociopath. This means they have no conscience and no ability whatsoever to feel shame, guilt or remorse. They can literally do anything at all without feeling guilty. You undoubtedly know at least one.

Why would anyone submit to the sobriety test willingly if they could choose to opt out?

Sounds like he was drinking more responsibly than many people do. Nobody was drunk and the guy actually driving had absolutely nothing to drink. Not sure why anybody cares???

The sad thing is it's in the news aired out to the public like that and he wasn't even convicted, just cited. He'll probably get off since he had no reason to submit.

This wouldn't have happened had he been with the Huskers!
