Next year will be hard for Husker hoops, even if Coach K was the head coach.

There obviously will be turnover, not sure who yet.  The only players we can pretty much be certain of staying is Ubel and Fox.  I would have to assume that Andre and Talley are staying as they are seniors.  Outside of that, who knows.  I hope Moore, Rivers, and Hilliard all stay, I would think Miles would want Moore and Rivers for sure, they could end up being pretty good players.

I'm sure Miles will bring in a couple of players as well, players who will be in his rotation from day 1.  I think Sheilds will still be here (and rightfully so).  I'm high on Benny Parker, but Miles may just bring in Deverell Biggs to run the point.  Would really like to see Miles still honor Coleman's scholarship, guy is a freak athlete.  I can't imagine the others being here but who knows.

I don't know, Diaz, Andre, and Ubel mixed in with Talley/Moore/Rivers/Gallegos.  Maybe Miles brings in a player or two.  That's not horrible....not saying it's good, but that's probably not a team that can't win games.  Then again, the team might be completely stripped down.

if thats the roster, i see a season a lot like this years. Maybe a win or two less because our best scorer in years is gone.

Watching Miles at the podium reminded me of watching a game show contestant. "Tim Miles! Come on down!" He looked too happy to be here and I wondered if he had the toughness to crack the whip enough to build the tough team we will need in the B1G. What is it with the "nice guys" we get for hoops coaches? I'm in his corner though.

As opposed to being mad, pissed, or upset that he is here?  I thought he sounded pumped, excited, and ready to get to work.  Someone who understands the challenges but has a plan in place.

Just didn't strike me as a no-nonsense, don't have time for anything but winning basketball games kind of guy. I guarantee he was smiling more than anyone else we might have hired unless Betty White coaches hoops.

He smiled a lot because of that contract he signed to coach here.
